Iam a btech(cs) graduate(completed may 2012), got placed in an mnc through campus placement in my college.I want to have work permit in us from around next year august(fall).
1)When should I apply for h1b visa.
2)Do I need to have some more experience or is 1 year enough for it?
3) Who should sponsor me?
4) How and on what basis is a sponsorship given?

I am Santosh, one of the subscribers of your site.
I have 5 years of experience in IT, would like to apply for H1B. I worked in 3 companies, currently working in Accenture.
My name in all my offer letters and relieving letters is printed as Santhosh instead of Santosh, so just would like to know if this will be a problem while submitting docs for H1B.
