Your profile is good abhijeet but the universities that you have listed receive numerous applications every intake and don't forget that you fall under "INTERNATIONAL STUDENT" category so there are chances that they face much more high profile than yours so you might face a reject but wait who has seen future. If you can afford, apply to those universities but getting in them is pure luck.
University of Pennsylvania
University of North Carolina--Chapel Hill
University of Southern California
Ohio State University
Pennsylvania State University--University Park
University of California--Santa Barbara
University of California--San Diego
University of California--Irvine
University of Minnesota--Twin Cities
University of Colorado--Boulder
North Carolina State University
As a suggestion Consider these universities as well you have good chances in it.
