first of all, Why'd u want spring admit? not all unis will have spring admits in all courses. Also, Aid scenes are almost nil for spring admits. Ur profile is decent enough to get good admits in Fall session. PLUS, ur work experience will help only if its in the field that u apply for...
And about unis. No once can suggest unis for u. U need to look at the research work of unis (it'll be in their websites) and choose many. In this forum we can help u evaluate ur chances and THEN maybe suggest few unis....the first step will always have to be urs.
