Thread: F1 Visa Experience at New Delhi

My slot was 10.30 on 24th may, 2012. I was waiting and was nervous. I faced the VO at 10.45. And I felt that I was damn lucky. The officer was of near about 25 age. My experience -
Me - Good Morning Sir
(He was typing and Did not replied)
VO - Pass me your Passport(I gave my passport)
VO- In how many Universities you have applied?
Me - Sir, Six
VO - Name (Rudely)
Me - I started naming (He stopped me in the middle and called the next.)
I left the counter but was not sure that it was approved or not. I went to the guy near me, he said VO has taken your passport and you will get your passport after five days. Congrats on your approval of Visa. I left smiling, but was not believing about my approval.
