Plzzz help me in choosing the best university for mechanical for spring 2013

Scores :-
GRE:- 323 ( verbal = 153, Quant = 170, AWA = 3.0 )
TOEFL :- 104 ( Reading=29, Listening=28, Speaking=18, Writing=29)
B.E Percentage :- 60%
12th Percentage :- 93.4%
10th Percentage :- 89%
Got 4-5 recommendation letters from professors from BITS-pilani and NIT-warangal
Can you please tell me what are the chances of getting admit to the following universities.

Hello, I had a similar profile but gre score was 1230/1600(comes around 312)....ug agrre 65%,2 projs and 1 yr work exp..
Got rejected by clemsons for low gpa and late submission of transcripts...
Now thankfully I got into University of Missouri-Columbia..but no funding.. so I guess Missouri is safe 4 u...Anyways good luck!!

My profile is also similar.. GRE: 320 (V157, Q163), TOEFL :115 (29,30,26,30)
BTECH: 78.2%
12TH - 89%
10 TH: 97%

162 in quant.
AWA 3.0. Planning to apply for MS in Aerospace.
I've a published paper in international journal and reco from a prof in RWTH...

and rest all universities are mod and safe for you.
the following universities are good for you, but admits into these require strong SOP and LoR's
University of Cincinnati - no spring intake
University of Massachusetts – Amherst
University of Colorado –Boulder
Lehigh University (PA)
Rutgers, State Univ of NJ, New Brunswick - this univ is relatively easy when compared to above 4

universities cannot be suggested based only on GRE and TOEFL score, these are used for initial screening but intake is based on ur BTech percentage(which u didnt mention) and SOP and LoR's

My b.tech is in mechanical from nit raipur and I scored 7.8 cgpa ...I've 2 yrs of work ex in HVAC in automobile sector and a publication in an international journal in CFD application in HVAC... Did my intern @ aerospace dept , FH aachen and a reco from the dean of that univ...
Now pls evaluate my profile and suggest me some universities
