UG gpa is good, if possible retake GRE,
Please come up with initial set of universities and post it for evaluation. NO SPOON FEED.

If ur interested in analog vlsi, u must apply to oregon state university, its the best in US. Otherwise the list is fine.

I understand ur excitement, but ur early. Finish of with GRE, later do some research on universities based on ur area of interest. Shortlist them post it here, we are happy help u.
