basically u ought to be a great student...some will give importance to sports etc as well. some to ur publishing or prior research exposure
no fixed cut offs...they just have a broad guideline for each year. but every admit made is a subjective case.
well ur profile is excellant! wat univs are u looking at? u can get into some really good ones...BUT PhD admits are a lil more tricky than the MS admits....depends on availability of supervisors
yes the above are grattable..UTD would be moderate...i suggest u try to replace univs 1,2 and 3....u can look at U cincinatti, UT arlington, clemson, lousiana state, u missouri, kansas state etc

give ur gre everything u got..as it is, ur UG cgpa is slightly low but ut publishing will give u a huge BOOST!....let ur gre also dictate terms for u....ocne it comes out, u can look at shortlisting...
1) yes both ur scores will be considered. but quant will be given more importance along with ur analytical writing as it indicates ur ability to process information and represent it
2) give ur...
but u could consider U saskatchewan, U Manitoba, U concorida, U western ontario...these are the slightly above average unis (which is how ppl categorize UTD)
firstly UTD and west virginia are quite far apart...secondly its tough to compare canadian and US univs....the davantage with US is tht u'll have 15 univs almost at par, but canada will hv 3 univs...
no. the unis will surely accept percentage too....if there is no provision, email the grad student reception and ask them wat to do
and u CANNOT convert % to gpa on ur own...its a vast idea. so...
most definitely! For canadian univs, try - UBC, U waterloo, McMaster, U Ottawa, U Alberta, queens
wats ur split up? wats ur UG mark for goodness's sake? :-D

UIUC may be a little tough. but u should definitely try...penn state and u minn are favourable...the others are very much gettable....u could surely try! :)....u can consider columbia, purdue, cmu, u...
let ur gre also come out...and B=+ translates to wat? can u give a cgpa or percentage also if possible?
its written on ur transcript? thts weird....and well its this way, ur gre may help salvage ur case, but it would still be tough...some univs (like UTD for example) "appear" to favour UG score over...
University of California--Berkeley - extremely ambitious, way out of reach
university of illinois-urbana - ditto
Purdue
