MS in Data Science

Hi ,
I appeared my GRE on 26th Jul 2015 and scored Quant(161) and Verbal(147).Still waiting for AWA score.
My GPA in B.Tech in Computer Science is 9.2/10.
I have a total work experience in IT of 6 years which includes 2 years of work experience in Canada at client location.
Currently I am located in Indiana and want to pursue MS.in Data Science ,hence looking forward to apply for Spring 2016 .
Can anyone suggest me list of good universities for MS.in Data Science?
