Admissions in MS Chemical for Fall2016

I wish to enrol for Fall 16 MS in Chemical Engineering.Following is my profile:
GRE- 323(170 in quant and 3.5 in writing)
TOEFL- yet to be taken
B.Tech in chemical egg.-8.2 CGPA
M.Chem in chemical egg- 8.3 CGPA( from Institute Of Chemical Technology)

I will be working in an oil and gas company for few months this year and then going for M.S.My current project was based on energy analysis of ammonia production with more emphasis on carbon capture system. Kindly suggest what universities I should go for, the ambitious, moderate and safe options.
