Pls evaluate my profile and suggest some good universities for MS in MIS USA

Hi,

I have completed BE in Information and communication technology with cgpa 6.77 from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal in 2012.
I have total 2 year work experience.1 year 2months in Mphasis and 10 months in a startup.
I have GMAT score of 640(Q47,V31,IR7).
I volunteer for two NGOs : CRY and The Ugly Indian
I have been the President of LTS(Leadership Training and Service) club for the duration 2005-06 and a member for 5 years which is aimed at helping the society
TOEFL : Yet to take.

I want apply to MS in MIS in USA for Spring 2016.

Please evaluate my profile and suggest me colleges that I should apply to.
