Please help in evaluation of my profile

Hi Guys,

I want to go for MS in MIS in USA.
My experience in IT is 3 years as of June 2015(1 years in Accenture + 2 year in TCS).

My profile.

GRE score - 311 (Quant-163,Verbal-148)
Toefl - yet to give(Please suggest a good toefl score I should target)


Kindly help me in evaluating the SAFE and AMBITIOUS list from the below universities.
