reagrding application process

hai ,I am keerthana and i have written my exam on feb 25,2015 and my Gre score 286,quant-147 and verbal-139 AWA-3 and Ielts-6.5 and i wanna apply for fall 2015 and in this issue i have three queries:
1. I want to go for good universities which will provide scholarships and having campus placements ,will i get or should i take my gre again
2. If no need of retaking gre ,please suggest me some of the universities with the above requirements.
3. Some of my relatives are saying that the dead line was finished for fall this year and only spring next yr is available,is that true but i wanna do my ms in good universities.
