profile evaluation for networking spring 2016

Hi, please evaluate my profile.
GRE:312(V:151 Q:161)
TOEFL: >100(expecting)
CGPA:6.0/10(with one semester back)
work exp: will be 2 yrs in jan 2016
no papers/publications

I want to go to networking branch. Actually i have no interest in programming(reason for such low cgpa) and I am somewhat good in networking and computer hardware. Will be giving my ccna exam in a month or so.
I can retake the gre and aim for 320+ if really needed.
So please suggest me some appropriate college and even an appropriate branch if any. My aim college is umbc/umcp, can i get in any of them?
