M.S with M.tech or Work experience ?

Hi Everyone,

I kindly need you suggestions to proceed further. My Profile

B.Tech-2012 passout-70%-5 backlogs
Gave GRE in 2011, Score- 830.
M.Tech-2014 passout-77%- No backlogs (Full time)
working as QA Test engineer since 1 and half year.

Yet to give IELTS (expecting 6.5)

Would like to know, Can I apply for MIS specialization? , as I am quite inclined to managerial positions in the near future. I know my GRE score is not a good one, though can I apply with that to low profile universities?
I would like to know whether I should apply for MS with M.tech or my job experience or can I put both in my profile. Will that be considered??

I am quite confused about the path to choose. Hoping for response from admin or fellow aspirants.
