Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Kandregula Viswa Teja from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Indian. I had studied B.Tech (CSE) from passout of 2010 with 61.8%. I am dumb & deaf. I want universities with no toefl,no gre. I am aspirant to go US on study or working basis. I have 4.2years experience in UI/ Web Design & Developer, UX.

1) Short-list universities based on your future plans even if they require GRE and TOEFL score.
2) Mail the graduate department of the corresponding universities explaining your situation and ask for their guidance. With many people pursuing graduate studies every year,they would certainly have some profiles like yours.
Sorry if this was not of any help,but I could not find any details from my friends and family members who completed their MS. Besides,it is best to about the university requirements by yourself rather than some second-hand information.
