College: Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (Generally ranked 13-14 in the country)
Branch: ECE
CGPA: 8.03/10 Topper's: 8.78
Rank in class: Somewhere in top 10% in a class of 120
GRE: Attempting on Nov 22(Expecting 315+)
TOEFL: Yet to give(expecting 100+)

College Projects: Lead designer for autonomous robot control system and logic for participation in Robocon-2013(National robotics competition.)

Internships:
2012: Worked on analysis of data from SOHO of NASA at Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore. Similar to Digital Image Processing.
2013: Vocational Trainee at Tata Steel. Worked on diagnostics and failure analysis of electrical equipment at Tata Steel's latest plant TSCR.

Publications:
One paper in IEEEXplore on Carbon Nanotube FET based energy harvesting applications. Based on mixed signal design.(Relevant)
Another paper on similar lines revised and resubmitted in IEEE Transactions on Nanotech. Paper in under review and has strong chances of acceptance.(Based on reviewer's comments)(Relevant)

LORs: All 3 from my college professors(Strong), I can get some from my employer also but they won't be relevant.

Work Experience:
1 Year in July 2015 in Tata Steel as MT(Technical)

Awards:
Qualified KVPY in 2010.
Class X: 94%
Class XII: 94.2% (If they matter.)
Decent co-curricular activities. (Quizzing etc.)
President of ECE Society, VP of IET, BIT Mesra etc. etc.

Please suggest the relevant ambi/mod/safe universities and the required GRE Score. I know my GPA is towards the disadvantaged side.
Till Now, I have thought of only TAMU, UT Austin and OSU. The deadlines are also approaching fast. That is why,I thought about posting it now.
I will need financial aid.
