Admit to University of Illinois Chicago notification

I recd an email from the Office of International Services (OIS) congratulating on my admit without any mention of the department and asking me for the financial documents. I have not yet recd any official letter of admission from the Office of Admission and Records (OAR). Is this correct? Should I write to OAR? How is this university for Computer Science. What's the best course here? What are the chances of getting scholarships, TA, RA, etc? Can anyone give me some feedback on all this?
