My 12th marks is jus 45% but i graduated with 61%. B.E comp sc. i will be taking up my gre and toefl in nov. Jus read a post that said junior and senior levels marks are imp too. kindly help me out of this mental stress

I dont think that would be a problem.
throughout the application process all US universities cares is -- Degree % and transcripts, and all about college level studies.
Dunno about visa though ... but if u get good GRE and good uni shouldnt be a problem...
