Profile evaluation for fall 2015

Hello Everyone I am currently in 3rd year of my B.Tech.Since studying in US is my dream I am preparing for GRE since my sophomore yearIam giving my profile info which is based on regular tests of GRE & TOEFL (more than 50 till now)
10-89.60%
12-89.00%
B.tech-75.80%(till 4th Semester)
average GRE score-317
average TOEFL score-109
The main problem I am worried is about research papers As my university (GGSIPU,Delhi) does not really focus on research i dont think i will be having anything in that part Please suggest me how to solve this problem & what I should do to make my application strong if i have no research papers
