M.S. biotech....wait or not? Suggestions?

My profile is GRE - 315 (V-153, Q- 162, AWA - 3.5), CGPA -4/4, TOEFL(PBT) - 640
No work experience.

I have applied for M.S.Biotechnology for Fall, 2014 to
1. university of southern California
2. UT, Dallas
3. CSU, LA
4. USFCA

I have got acceptance email from USFCA last week, stating that I need to reply as soon as possible.
Also have got email from CSULA stating that they wanna speak with me regarding my interest in the program.
But, still no reply from USC & UT, Dallas.

What should I do? Should I wait for the reply from USC & UTD?
Should I attend USFCA? Are the visa chances good for USFCA?
Please give me advice!!!
