Can I answer like this for the following questions?

1) Why do you want to do MS?
I want to expertise in the area of mobility applications, in which I have established my start-up.

2) Who funds you?
I'm a co-founder of a company here and my company funds me partly. Along with that I have taken an education loan.

Above two ans gives a strong reason to come back to India! So this way of approach to these questions is correct or it will become a problem?

You answers were ok. But you should answer elaboratly for the first visa question. Being a co-founder of company gives strong reason to come back to India.
VO might ask questions like - Who will take care of the company when you are not in India?.
