Ms in Electrical Engineering

Sir,
I got 292(V=139, Q=153, AWA=2.0) in GRE, B.tech=69.19 with 3 backlogs in ECE stream.
I wanted to do my masters in EE in us universities, I wrote my Ielts and expecting 6.5 band score.
can I get admission in "wisconsin university milwaukee" or " Marquette University Milwaukee" in EE
or any university in milwaukee(wisconsin) in EE.
are these universities good with financial aid and part time jobs.
Also please suggest me best colleges for my qualification in other cities with financial aid and jobs after my education.
