F1 Visa Rejected 3 times in Hyderabad Consulate

Hi friends

i have appeared to hyderabad consulate 3 tymes in 2011 for Univ of Illinois Springfield

June-2011,July-2011 and November-2011 3 times i went on with the same university for Visa

Im planning with UHCL dis time at Chennai Consulate

Last time i went for visa i was asked to come up with some work experience and gre score so now i have both of them
Can u help me how are my chances..
