Profile evaluation for MS in CS fall 2014

Hi,
Can someone please suggest me some universities for MS in CS for Fall 2014
Interested in computer vision.
GRE 291 (q-151, v-140) (Do I have to retake?)
TOFEL yet to take.
BE in ECE with GPA 8.88(No backlogs)
92.33% in 12th
87.68% in 10th
Have one international publication on computer vision awaiting results for 2 more papers.
Currently working in an IT company from past 1 month.
The universities I have in mind are UMD, NCSU, upenn, UCLA. Are they too ambitious?
please do suggest me some safe and moderate universities.
