Entering into US within close to 30 days for F1 visa

Hi,

My start date on my I-20 is 11-Aug-2013 and I am entering into US on 13th-July-2013. As per USCIS rules, we can only enter with in 30 days before the start date on I-20, in my case including entering date and start date of I-20 is 30 days and excluding start date on I-20 is 29 days.

Can you please advice if I will face any complications in this case at the immigration, if so what are those? Also if they ask me why I am entering this early, can I say I am going to stay with my cousin for some time and then go to college? If not what is the best answer I can say. Please advise me.
