Confusion about transcripts

Hi friends,

I have a confusion about transcripts. I will be very much thankful to all if you could plz help me out.

When applying for transcripts, do I have to apply for all three? semister wise marks memos, transcripts of consolidated marks memo and also transcript of PC? say i am from b.tech lateral entry, then i will have 6 semisters and 6 semister wise mark sheets is one set. like that should I apply for about 8 or 9 sets depending on the university along with 8 or 9 transcripts of CMM and PC?

Plz kindly help me.. am very much confused about this one... thanks.
