Help requested on shortlisting univs among the given list

Can someone please help me in filtering out good and bad univs among the following?
I would like to know the bad ones with respect to getting F1 visa?

Any help is really appreciated. I am planning to apply for Fall 2013 but not sure if the time will be sufficient to get I-20s and get visa stamped.
