Which university to select for ms in mechanical - fall 2013

I got admit letters from UT Tyler, UT Arlington & UNC Charlotte for MS in Mechanical Engineering for Fall 2013. I got confused, which to select and hence, request some senior members of this forum and those studying in the above universities to advise me and help me to choose the right one among the above three in terms of university ranking, department (mech engg) ranking, job opportunities, financial aid (TA,RA etc) opportunities, educational expenses, security etc. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated.
