I am confused between Ohio state university for MS in CE(no scholarship) and NYU poly for MS in CS(3000$ per sem)
My interest: Computer Network and VoIP.
Kindly help me to choose between the two based on:
1. Academics
2. Location
3. Research funding.
4. Total expenditure.
