suggestions for the profile.

Hi, My B.tech is 65.9% with 12 back logs, My GRE is ( V-140, Q- 147) , Tofel yet to give.
I am planning to apply for the WICHITA STATE UNIVERSITY,
UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT TYLER DAYTON UNIVERSITY.
Actually 12 backlogs were in the first two years of my B.tech and in 3rd & 4th year i did not have any backlog.I have given two paper presentations.
Guys, can i get admits in to above stated universities and also suggest me which universities to apply. suggest me which universities would match this profile.

I have undergrad GPA of 3.62 and GRE score of 1400 (V=630 , Q= 770 and AWA =3 ) . I have two years of experience in a telecommunication comapany and have one gold medal in grade 10 exams.I have applied in these universities.

University of Illinios at urbana Champaign
Uni of texas at Dallas
Uni of Colorado at Boulder
Utah State university

So what are my chances of getting admission here. + also suggest me some more universities to apply for according to my profile.

What are my chances of getting in uni of Texas at A & M and Arizona Stata university ? ( I may apply next year , if deadlines have gone , I am concerned about my admission chances only).
