OSU or SUNY buffalo for MIS with 3 years experience

Can u pls tell me the Univs for which I should apply. I will have 3 yrs of experience by Aug 2014 . Will my work experience help in getting good plaements?

My acads:
10th : 89.2
12th: 94.7
Engg : 81.7 (CSE)
GRE : 312

Toefl yet to take.
W. EXP: 3 yrs by aug 2014.

Please evaluate my profile and suggest me a good univ for MIS.I m planning for OSU,SUNY since my friends are over there. Also, can u tell me which univ provides good funding. Also i need some info on placements after graduating.
