Information regarding trancripts

Hello,

I have applied in Florida Institute of Technology(fit). And I have also sent all the documents viz 3 letters of recommendation, 10th and 12th standard mark sheets, B.E (1st to 8th semester mark sheets), provisional degree certificate, College transcript, resume, statement of purpose and GRE-TOEFL scores.

Now they are telling to send the college transcripts. I have mailed them that i have already sent the college transcript. But they are not able to understand.

So what should i do in this case?
