I've completed my engineering in ECE in 2011 and i am planning for MS In Computer science fall 2013.

Universities Selected:- please guide to select from the list

Ambitious -
1 - Univ Of Florida
2- Illinois Chicago , UIC
3 - NYU-Poly
4 - Illinois institute of technology
5 - Auburn university

Moderate-
1 - Iowa state university
2 - Suny-Binghampton
3 - San Jose State Univ
4 - central michigan university
5 - Syracuse Univ

BackUp -
1 - CSU- Long Beach
2 - Missouri University of Science and Technology
3 - Worcester Polytechnic Institute
4 - U Mass Dartmouth
5 - Florida Atlantic University
6 - George mason

Can you please clarify whether my low AWA score and different course in my BE will affect my chance of getting admission?

Yes the stream has its importance. It all depends on ur SOP how well u convince them. Low AWA may not be considered much
1 - Univ Of Florida - Ambi
2- Illinois Chicago , UIC - Ambi (They need specific cut off gor GRE and TOEFL)
3 - NYU-Poly - May be (Its very famous for cyber security, networking)- try if u get any desired courses there
4 - Illinois institute of technology - safe
3 - San Jose State Univ - safe
5 - Syracuse Univ - safe
2 - Missouri University of Science and Technology - safe
I know only about these universities
