profile evaluation for MS in electrical(power system/VLSI)

I am interested in Spring 2013
dont have much information about US university,just started collecting data and information.
M interested in doing MS in power system/power electronics /signal processing field with some scholarship
scores are Quant–(164)
Verbal (148)
TOFEL--NOT Taken Yet
please tell hows the score?would i be able to get university (top 10 or 20)?

CGPA – 9.05 (on the scale of 10)
Topper's is 9.30(my rank was 3rd)
have one internation publication as first author on "Continuous Wavelet Transformation"(IEEE TENCON 2009 Singapore)
work exp– 3 years at present(as an electrcial enginner in Indian Oil corporation Limited).

Won many prizes in Robotices and quiz events .

Active member of robotics and dramatics club.

Branch Coordinator of tech fest of College.

Played roles of coordinator and volunteer in many events at college level.


Please advice the universities which i should apply for the SPRING 2013 or Fall 2013.

ur profile looks good, u have a good chance of getting into top universities. Research on the universities based on ur area of interest and shortlist, later ill evaluate it. Applying is upto u, it goes according to ur convenience.

I am going to apply a graduate schhol of M.S. Electrical Engineering(my interest is communications) on Fall 2012. I am at senior and expect to graduate on June 2012. My GPA is 3.57, GRE is 294 (Q:159, V:135, AW:3.0) and my TOEFL is 79. I had two internships and worked as student assistant at the university laboratory. Here is universities which i want to apply. do i have a chance to be admitted any of these universities? Please inform me
