My profile:

Gre score:292 (145-v; 147-q; 2.0-aw).
Tofel expecting in January 1 st week due to my ongoing 4-1 exams.
Academic:(very low) 54% (3-2) with 11 backlogs (4 active).
Inter:74%
Ssc:72%

Below are All certificates(I don't know which will be useful) please suggest me:

1)magna chess academy (merit certificate)----2005.
2) Nietrogen 2k11 documentory film national level technical symposium (merit certificate).............2011.
3)district level western duet *(merit certificate)....2003.
4) participation certificate ppt Nietrogen 2k11.
5) participation certificate Andhra pradesh congress commitee ...2004.
6) participation certificate geomap society. ...2004.

Questions:
1) should I pursue ms cse in usa?
2) please suggest me university?

u can pursue masters without doubt ..try for simple and private univ around san jose, san diego and san fran.. u can also transfer to better univ after couple of semesters ..
