how to apply to san jose university?

My GRE score is 296 and TOEFL: 86
I want to apply to San Jose University.Only thing which I couldn't understand from their site is whether I've to submit semester wise marksheet or transcript.

Submit semester wise transcripts issues by university.
In case if you have the Final Degree transcript, you can submit that one too.
