Im a 2012 pass out
GRE-323(verbal-155 quant -168)
CGPA-8.1
MIT,Anna university. unfortunately no national papers. I am plannin to apply to the following colleges for EE deptartment
1.CMU
2.UC Santa Barbara
3.UC Irvine
4.PSU
5.Upenny
6.Ohio state University
7.Purdue University
8.University of Texas,Dallas
9.Arizona State university
10.North Carolina State Univ.
could you please let me know if i have chosen the right colleges to
apply or is it too ambitious? and information about the cost would be very help full?

A good list indeed, go ahead with it. About cost, you shall have to browse each college website seperately for the cost of attendance.
