MS in ECE, communication engg, signal processing, GRE 316

Hi,
GRE score 316 ( v : 155, q : 161) AWA : 3
Engineerig in E & C
under grad aggregate percentage 75%
Toefl yet to give
Work experience 2 years in R & D dept, have worked on quite a few R&D projects in communication engg field and can get a LOR from the manager.

Decent extra curriculars,projects.

Suggest me universities in the field of communications engineering in US.

how is this list.
1. Georgia Tech.
2. carnegie mellon university.
3. Univ of southern california.
4. North carolina state uni.
5. Arizona state uni
6. university of maryland

i understand these are not safe universities but How are these for dream universities ?
if i have to pick 3 or 4 from these which should i pick for dream universities option ?

atleast let me know about my AWA score... is it very low ? will it cause a problem for decent colleges ?

Well awa 3 is a bit draw back factor, just confirm from respective college websites if they have specific cut offs regarding GRE awa, like in GATECH its 4.
