List of universities

Hi,
I need a list of Universities to apply to .
Profile :
CGPA : 6.71 / 10.0
GRE : 311
TOEFL : 102
Proposed Field for MS : Computer Graphics , Software Development

Also, i have a doubt of the CG criteria most of these universities have set ( minimum 3.0 /4.0) . If that is the case , how much is mine on that scale , and if its not 3.0 , then how to apply to these universities . How much is this criteria important ? will they simply reject our application in that case ? or should i go ahead and apply. Please help .
