Plzzzzzzzz evaluate my profile for spring 2013|Electrical Engg|Gre 301|toefl 85

I have done my engineering in E & TC from Pune university.
Graduation aggregate - 55% [But first class degree]
12 th - 65%
10 th -78%
2 yrs of work exp as a QA engineer.
GRE scores :
1st attempt : 301 [verbal - 139 ; quant - 162 and Writing - 2.5 ]
2nd attempt : 299 [verbal - 141 ; quant - 158 and Writing - 3]

Tofel : Done with tofel but score yet to come.


Univs Planned to apply for spring 2013 intake:

New jersey Inst of tech
Florida institute of tech
San francisco state Univ
University of southern florida.

Please suggest if the Univs above are safe or too Ambitious.
Also suggest me some more univs that i should be applying. I am planning to apply for atleast 7-8 Univs.
