MS in MIS- good universities to apply for?

Hi

I got 305 overall in GRE- v 150, q 155, writing 3.5 and a 7.5 overall for IELTS. I am Chartered Accountant with around 2 years experience in IT industry in the financial analysis dept. I plan to apply for MS in MIS in US.

Please could you recommend me a few universities where i can apply with these scores? Is my non engineering background a disadvantage in applying for MIS?
