Hello, I am taking up GRE on October 3, 2012 and I am planning for Fall 2013, preferrably Master's in embedded or wireless. Keeping an average student in mind, how is the market trend and job prospects in US. Is this the right time to do Master's because I am a 2012 pass-out with an aggregate of 82.05%, currently working in Tata Elxsi and will have to leave the job to continue with higher studies.

The industry we are in is never stable.. Ups and downs are common irrespective of the place.. and in US you can earn a lot.. and the easiet way to get thr is MS
First of all, thanks a lot for replying. Well, the reason I am worried is because I will have to pay a hefty amount if I break the bond in the company that I am currently working. I just want to make sure if it is worth working in a core company before taking up MS. I still have an option with Oracle Financial Services and Software but joining there would change my domain completely as I did engineering in ECE and would love to pursue higher studies in it as well..
Work exp in core company adds extra points to ur profile and will help you in getting jobs..
