Please friends help me : How to get transcripts year wise from IGNOU

Hi Friends,

I have completed my BCA & MCA from IGNOU.
Please friends help me to get original transcripts year wise from IGNOU.
Is there anyone from IGNOU who has got admit in any US university please help me and tell process through which I can get transcripts year wise, I am planning for Fall 2013.
Also my academics is very low (only 58%), is there any chance for me. I have already started preparing for GRE and planning to give in Nov 2012.

Please friend advice me.
