i did my bachelors in electronics and instrumentation engineering
do suggest me universities for spring 2013!
The fish atleast has to wiggle a little u know! Go through the forum posts and try to get an idea about univ shortlist process....then its easier to refine ur list
i am actually having a trouble finding the instrumentation related universities.. any advice wud actually help me in cutting short my univ's list

yeah innstrumentation is tough....have u looked at the univ electrical engg websites?.....or wat u could do is to check if there are any groups/forums online specifically for instrumentation....tht would narrow ur list more. cuz here we find more ppl for vlsi, embedded etc...i myself am going to pursue optics/photonics....so predominantly its all ECE and EEE students....
as for ur chances, Michigan state may be slightly tough mainly cuz their quant requirement is high generally...but i think ur acads will help u out. 82% is pretty good....u stand decent chances in all....
