UTD is very much within reach
U Mass amherst has good chances and is very good for digital VLSI
    ASU - good chances
U Wisc - Might be tough, But u can still out an application cuz ur UG percentile is good.

U can try oregon state for VLSI...other unis tht u can consider are Northwestern, U minnesota, And maybe GaTech (these would be little ambitious but worth a try)....Rutgers, U Penn, U washington, UCSD, UCI (moderate chances).....OSU, Iowa state, John Hopkins, SUNY SB etc safe.

Not sure of tat though. I know Ohio and Georgia are costly. Wisconsin is cheap....check out the websites for approximate costs...

And no pestering :-) I personally know how much it helps to get some sorta answers to us questions!
