    Actually anything above 60% in the indian system is considered is considered as 4/4 GPA in the american system.Therefore a percentage of 50% is a GPA of 3/4.
    Check out this link in the information under GPA and indian grading.
    You can also validate this information in iWES GPA calculator.Just enter your course as B.tech and your B.Tech percentage as 60%.It will give a result of 4/4 GPA

    yeah exactly when u first convert Ur percentage to cgpa and then compare with Tht chart it's totally diff for example a person with 70% when converted to cgpa comes to 7.75 ((70/10)+0.75) than the chart shows 3.3 gpa

    hello my EPM is 53.6% in mechnical engineering what will my GPA be. different websites show different results ... which procedure do the US universities follow.
