Does it matter how much you got in 10th, 12th or btech ? Or getting into an abroad university is only a matter of GRE, TOEFL and Interviews ?!

    Well..... 10th & 12th scores doesn't matter that much.
btech percentage/CGPA is the most imp thing, if you have good btech cgpa and a bit low gre scores it is possible to get admit in a good college.on the other hand combination of low cgpa and comparatively good gre scores won't be that effective.

Well, i am in 3rd year, my average B.Tech percentile could be around 65% (whats the CGPA for 65% ?).
Also, what do you think should be the GRE score for a good MS in CS college ?!

Try to score at least 310 or more.
And sorry i can't convert your acad percentage into GPA. I would suggest you not to convert it by yourself instead write it as it is in your grade/Score card until univ ask you to write on a scale of 4.
