Well..... 10th & 12th scores doesn't matter that much.
btech percentage/CGPA is the most imp thing, if you have good btech cgpa and a bit low gre scores it is possible to get admit in a good college.on the other hand combination of low cgpa and comparatively good gre scores won't be that effective.
Try to score at least 310 or more.
And sorry i can't convert your acad percentage into GPA. I would suggest you not to convert it by yourself instead write it as it is in your grade/Score card until univ ask you to write on a scale of 4.
What about IELTS & TOEFL? What is each of them for... ?!
