OFC & Consular appointment should be in teh same consulate/city. The system would not allow to choose different places,though you can choose a different place for DS 160 but consular and OFC should be at the same consulate.

hi do we need to book the slot for ofc appointment again if we are going for the VI second time ?

There is no specific visa fee receipt that I have. In my appointment confirmation letter, there is a segment indicating that I paid the application fee and I received a mail stating that the unique ID i used for the payment has been activated. Is this enough?
