i believe your GRE score is more than 1 year old. if it is more than 2 years old then universities kind of neglect these scores.

Thanks for the compliments. Please suggest some suitable universities for my profile & mark them as (ambitious/moderate/safe). I personally want to get into any of Top 25 US Universities in Electrical Engineering. Can I get admission there with this profile??? In case not then what GRE score can get me there?
Waiting for an honest opinion from your side.
    Regards.

i think that the dream colleges like MIT Caltech etc are slightly far from your reach. you can get into NCSU,UCSD,UTD,UT -Austin,university of Wisconsin -Madison. as i am a newbie i dont know about the colleges which you can get into safely..
but the above a worth a shot..

Thanks for replying with your honest opinion. I truly appreciate it. Do you think retaking GRE & improving score can help me to seek admission in higher ranked universities such as UCLA, Michigan-Ann Arbor, Ohio State University, Virginia Tech University, Austin Texas Cockrell. As these universities have programs which are exactly according to my research interests. Are these universities achievable or out of reach???? If I get scores around 320 (Q 165, V 155, A 4) can I make it then. Can contacting professors improve chances of getting admission if they like my research? Please ask your friends as well to reply & suggest me some universities as well. Thanks & Regards.

    11) University of Maryland, College park
    12) University of Wisconsin, Madison
