    Now as a master student which company will give 130000$ for international students without IT experience .
    I am on opt, will there be any new rule on stem extension.

    No where in the Bill it was mentioned that Students and Opt and usages are exempted from the hike in salary 1,30,000. So on what basis are you saying so ?
